CoNeighbors® brings together people with shared interests, values, and goals who want to be neighbors.

Instead of just buying a home and hoping for good neighbors, you actively join a community with people who share your vision.

For decades, planned communities have catered to specific lifestyles—often centered around golf courses or suburban living.

Today, people are looking for more diverse and meaningful ways to connect—through shared passions, cultural experiences, and unique locations that fit their vision and budget.

Each community, big or small, sets its own level of interaction.

Some prefer private homeownership with shared spaces designed around common interests—whether it’s pickleball, music, strategy games, or outdoor adventures. Others seek a deeper, more immersive experience, fostering strong connections through shared meals, collaborative projects, and a culture of mutual support.

Join:  Global Membership

  • $9.99/year to access our Community Showcase
  • Special offer: Sign up before 12/31/2025 for lifetime membership
  • Note: Global Membership includes ID Verification to help create and maintain a safe, authentic environment

Explore

  • Browse the Community Showcase with detailed descriptions of each community and connect with community leaders
  • Filter by location, interests, timeline, and budget
  • Get notifications about new communities
  • Access the full blog

Apply 

  • Submit applications to communities that interest you
  • Some communities are nearly ready for move-in, others are in property selection, and many are in the early ideation phase.
  • Note: Each community has its own application process and some communities are private

Join: Your Community

  • Approved applications receive community invitations
  • Review specific terms and conditions for the communities your join
  • Join multiple communities if desired
  • Each community you apply for may have a separate membership fee and will be noted in the detailed community page in the Community Showcase before you apply.
  • Note: There is no real estate purchase commitment at this stage. You are just joining an online community

Participate

  • Access private community area
  • Learn about the project/community vision and collaborate on planning and design
  • Engage with the community leaders and fellow members 
  • Track project milestones
  • Note: Some communities will be very interactive and collaborative. Other communities will be more hands off. Some members will be looking for a primary home, others will be looking for a secondary home or just to be passive investors. 

Make It Real

Communities work together to determine:
  • Location and size
  • Home designs and shared spaces
  • Legal structure and governance
  • Timeline and budget
  • Purchase terms and conditions
  • When the time is right, your online group will transition into a legal entity. At this time, some members will decide to move forward and others will opt-out
